Add Chinese language support (Simplified/Traditional)

Hi! Really love CodexMonitor – it’s been a huge help for managing Codex agents.

The app is currently English-only, which creates a barrier for Chinese-speaking users (including me and folks in mainland China/Taiwan/Hong Kong). Would it be possible to add support for Simplified and Traditional Chinese?
