[FEATURE] Replace Ollama API endpoints with OpenAI standard

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Since OpenAI is standard and supported by many other local applications like LMStudio, Jan.ai etc and Ollama supports it too which means nativemind would still work for it in addition to users using other programs

Use openai like endpoints /v1/models instead of /api/tags and /v1/completions instead of /api/generate

I just arrived to request this! It would be awesome to connect it with LLaMa.CPP api endpoints.
