Extending refinery got stuck in a single direction

Describe the bug
I built a refinery + manifold and wanted to extend it onto clear open foundations, but the blueprint would not go in the direction I expected. Scrolling the scroll wheel had no effect.

I've:

• Confirmed nothing was in the way
• Restarted the game
• Deconstructed & rebuilt the refinery+manifold

But this made no effect.

Then I moved a few meter over in the same area, and I experienced the same problem but in the opposite direction. Then I moved again and no longer experienced the problem at all. Unfortunately I proceeded at this point and did not keep a save file.

To Reproduce
I've been unable to reproduce the same problem again, so this isn't as helpful as it could be.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Make flat foundations around 1700, 2100
2. Place a refinery + manifold
3. Try to extend it
4. Sometimes it won't go in the direction it definitely should be able to?
