Import backup file into a backup database

In my szenarios I want to backup the prod database to a file which is already possible with this bundle but I think it would be great to give the Bundle a second DATABAS_URL where the backup is storred.

A szenario in the real world is:

I store every two hours a backup of the databse in a file.
I keep all the backups in a directory.
The lastest backup is directls importetd into a second backup database

In case the prod database is dying I can switch the database URL to the backup databse url and the system is okay again.

I hope it is now clear what the idea about this FR is.
