Optimize CI build time by avoiding repeated builds of Nix derivation #996
Description
It seems like we are building VILLASnode a couple of times too much in the CI.
Escpecially, in the packaging:nix:* jobs.
We need to check the job dependencies and order them correctly.
Possibly, also uploading or substitution of built derivations to the remote Nix store is broken?
