Add tests for fallback textarea

To tests/prism.html and tests/hljs.html.

Check it works:

• With only the core (code-input.js)
• With the autogrow plugin being used with its CSS classes and styles.
• With the Prism line numbers plugin being used (line numbers should not be shown in fallback).
