Cannot access cloudstack vm #12416

Yesterday we manage to create a new cloudstack management server setup along with one nfs server and few kvm agent hosts now yesterday when we were creating vm we were able to access the vm console from management server ui, we created a advanced network zone guest cidr range 10.1.1.0/24 and today also we have created a zone with guest cidr 10.1.1.0/24 so today we created the zone and created some vms but we cannot access the vms console from management server ui it cannot reach the console show this output on firefox browser what can be cause of this situation. We can still access the vms which we created with the same cidr range zone from yesterday but the zone which is created today is not able to reach the console. In todays setup we have added guest network along with firewall rules and public ip address but we cannot access the vm console |

@arpanbht the screenshot posted is not clear.. As a troubleshooting step, can you try to destroy the Console proxy VM, wait for cloudstack to start a new one. Try the console again once the new console proxy VM is Up and its agent state is Connected |

Since you have already created a zone using this cidr 10.1.1.0/24, if you add this cidr to another zone, then it will overlap. |

Since you have already created a zone using this cidr 10.1.1.0/24, if you add this cidr to another zone, then it will overlap.
Try using some other cidr range, like 10.1.2.0/24 or 10.1.3.0/24
