problem
Unable to delete snapshot policy for an expunged volume, the error thrown by API is:
Policy id given: 72 does not belong to a valid volume

ACS 4.22
The steps to reproduce the bug
Expunge a volume which has snpashots and a recurring snapshot policy. Once volume is expunged, try to expunge the snapshot policy by the new UI tab/menu which yield:
Request failed. (431)
Policy id given: 72 does not belong to a valid volume
What to do about it?
Allow a force remove option
