Backups don't retain arch info

problem

Creating instance using backup randomly picks arch, as backups seems to be not retaining or enforcing the original architecture info. Also, the create instance form from backup should automatically select / enforce filtering the arch by the source backup arch.

Also, the start VM option in the create instance from backup is checked/selected but after VM is created from backup it doesn't automatically start.
