Command name usage in README

In some places the examples use ucll, and in others unity, and the guide says

The remainder of the guide assumes you have the alias named unity to run the ucll tool.

Maybe this is intentional, but I think sometimes it's not obvious whether unity is required or just an example alias.

Good point! I'll change it to consistently use ucll since that is the default command name and just recommend to setup the alias once, that should be clearer.

Let me know if you find anything else that wasn't clear or could use improvements. :)
