HubSpot CMS page

The events button in the bottom left corner doesn't do anything. It shows a message saying "The events feature will be out soon" but it has said that since the plugin launched over a year ago. We should replace it with a CMS page, where you can create a new HubSpot collection with createManagedCollection or open an existing HubSpot collection with navigateTo.
