JEP errors when initializing AllenNLP model

Possible solutions include

1. Finding and correcting bug (preferred) via simplification of loading, adding shared libraries or other?
2. Exporting AllenNLP model to ONNX and attempt to perform predictions using Caffe2 instead
3. Maybe possible to load weights in other way with AllenNLP
