[Windows] 1DS reports OS version of the base OS at RTM and does not reflect any servicing updates #1407
Description
It was found on EVT-Windows-C++-No-3.4.276.7 and exists in the main branch.
All devices that have been updated via servicing report the wrong OS version. For example, devices that are running build 26200 report 26100 instead.
The 1DS SDK is pulling the BuildLabEx from the registry which only tells you the base OS at RTM. It never updates on anything other than a full OS swap to the next major release. Its build number and revision don't update in servicing.
