Allow Open-commands on multi-selected files #2078

Description

@goran-w

When selecting a changed (Unstaged or Staged) file, or even a historic file from the Changes or Files of a Commit, we can choose Open > (in Default Editor, VS Code etc). However, these menu items are not present for multi-selected files.

It would be very convenient to have these available for a multi-selection (most urgently needed in the LOCAL CHANGES view, which is where one is most likely to need editing facilities).

For example, while preparing a commit, I've identified a number of files that need some extra editing, so I multi-select these, only to find that I'd have to re-select every single one and individually open each one separately in the external editor. (If ever I felt the need for a built-in editor strongly, it's at these times...) 😉
