server backup list - fails if backup in progress

Description

server backup list fails if a backup is in progress.

Steps to reproduce

1. Trigger a backup of an existing server, i.e. stackit server backup create --server-id 00e3830f-1191-4368-a194-fb4bd04afadc --retention-period=2 --name test
2. While backup is being executed, try to get list of backups, i.e. stackit server backup list --server-id 00e3830f-1191-4368-a194-fb4bd04afadc

Actual behavior

Table with completed and in-progress backups is displayed

Environment

• OS: Windows and Linux
• Version of STACKIT CLI (see stackit --version): 0.50.0 (2025-12-19) (and also 0.43.0)

Issue when a packup is in progress, no issue (list is shown correctly) if not in progress.
