Scripts were not exiting after completion because open connections (WebSocket/HTTP to Aztec node) kept the Node.js event loop alive. This caused the CI workflow to hang indefinitely on the "Run local network scripts" step. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
