Document the new database settings feature that allows themes to store translatable configuration fields in the database instead of config.json. - Add dedicated db-settings page (EN + FR) - Update theme structure with db_settings.php - Add translated_setting() to functions reference - Add cross-reference from config page - Update locales page with theme translation support - Fix markdown list rendering in locales page
