I'd recommend to look Mud code.
For example the

CodeBeam.MudBlazor.Extensions/src/CodeBeam.MudBlazor.Extensions/Base/MudBaseInputExtended.cs

Line 144 in 71b49a0

public async Task<bool> OnBeforeInputFromJs(BeforeInputJsDto dto)

To not trim the JSInvokable you need to add

[DynamicDependency(nameof(OnBeforeInputFromJs))]
public MudBaseInputExtended()
