This PR will:

  • Make sure all the needed Hyphen API surface is covered to catch up to the Node SDK
  • Add good starting-point unit test coverage
  • Add API integration tests (that require a Hyphen credential)
  • Add contribution and community docs
  • Add workflows for PR checks and releases
  • Get everything set up to have this in PyPI
