Remove Zip File Previews

Proposed Changes

• This PR aims to prevent previewing ZIP files in the assignment file viewer as their binary contents are not human-interpretable
• Checks for files with a MIME type of application/zip in file_viewer.jsx, and displays a “cannot preview” message instead of rendering the file's binary contents
• Closes Prevent file previews for zip files #7635
