Adds the ability for global variables to be optional and uses
| undefinedsyntax instead of?. Updates msdocs and ts generator templates. Added test to the optional tests for non-optional and optional global variables.The lock file got updated when I ran
npm install. I didnt change anything to need this, but included the change anyway. Please let me know if I have a local configuration error causing these changes and that they shouldnt be included.
