Tensorboard seems to have been erroneously taken out in a cleanup, so adding it back in (here it's added back in version-less, which may not be desired).
Also updated torchvision version (0.6.0) to match pytorch version (1.5.0) in requirements (as seen here: https://pypi.org/project/torchvision/)
