Draft: New Features and QoL overhaul

This update pack aims to bring brand new features, lots of QoL and performance improvements AND a bit of code reorganizing for large components (example: ChatPalette.tsx) (W.I.P.).

Current added changes:

• Adding renaming a chat
• Hiding highlighted div when 0 search results
• Fixed edge cases for keyboard shortcuts
• Improved touch and touch reliability as well as nested-button detection reliability
• CMD+K now also closes the chat palette
• Ctrl+Arrow now moves by 5 chats at once
• macOS: Tab switching now is done via CTRL+ instead of OPT (ALT) on Windows/Linux to follow the macOS design guidelines more closely scrapped because i realized browsers use it on macOS
• CMD+K in the shortcut window of the chat palette now shows "⌘ K"
• The shortcut hint in the chat palette is now hidden on mobile
• Bug fix with not awaiting cookies() in layout.tsx of the chat
• Pinning chats
• Creating a new chat from the chat palette directly

WIP:

• Repositioning tabs
• Memorizing last selected model for the current browser session

Redrafted for next PR:

• Searching models
• Starring models

Scrapped for this overhaul:

• Model descriptions Scrapped for this overhaul, not as necessary
• An on-boarding system Scrapped for this overhaul, i will instead add shortcut hints for now
