Fix LLM prompt to explicitly fetch documentation

• Since doc pages keep updating, it would be more appropriate to modify the prompt to clearly instruct fetching the latest data from the given URL.
• Also, It’s more sensible to fetch the markdown version of the documentation for the relevant link, as it includes code snippets for all languages.
