Issue
security scan reports that main and 1.0 branch contains security vulnerabilities in node-tar 6.2.1 which is used by sqlite3, we need to mitigate this risk.
Description of Changes
this change update sqlite3 from 5.1.8-vscode to 5.1.12-vscode which uses node-tar ^7.5.4
