Adds an interactive
harness initwizard that guides users through setting up React Native Harness in their project. No more manual config files! ✨The wizard automatically:

Context
This replaces the complex manual setup process with a friendly, step-by-step wizard. Makes getting started with Harness way easier - especially for new users who don't want to wrestle with config files.
Testing
Tested the full wizard flow on a fresh React Native project, verified all generated configs work correctly, and confirmed the automated package installation works as expected.
