Note

Moves LiteLLM configuration to package init to ensure consistent behavior across the library.

• Add import litellm and set litellm.disable_add_transform_inline_image_block = True in eval_protocol/__init__.py
• Remove the same per-module configuration from mcp/execution/policy.py to avoid duplication
