Release 0.26.0 — API and package updates

• Add MFA options to agent auth (mfa_options; selected_mfa_type in submit) in agents/auth
• Introduce process PTY features: allocate_tty, cols/rows on spawn, and new POST /browsers/{id}/process/{process_id}/resize
• New PATCH /browsers/{id} with BrowserUpdateParams/Response (enables session proxy hot swap)
• Proxies now include ip_address in create/retrieve/list/check responses
• Bump configured endpoints to 91; update OpenAPI spec reference
• Rename package and imports from @onkernel/sdk to @kernel/sdk; update docs/links, lint and Jest mappings, tsconfig paths, build/test scripts
• Version bump to 0.26.0 and CHANGELOG update; minor dependency upgrades (babel, js-yaml)
