Community submission: AI Localization Quality Guard

This PR adds a community example project under the community/ directory.

The project demonstrates how developers can add a localization quality
check layer on top of translations produced using Lingo.dev.

It is an educational CLI example that highlights common issues such as:

• Missing translations
• Placeholder mismatches
• Long translated strings that may break UI

This project does not modify or depend on Lingo.dev core product code.
