Specifying a
licenseby a table (dict) inpyproject.tomlis now deprecated and going to be unsupported bysetuptoolsby 18 Feb, 2026. The license has to be an SPDX-approved field, such as the LBL-specific BSD variant,BSD-3-Clause-LBNLGoing to update all packages post deployment with this and reference this PR for background
