Description
I added two new issue templates - 'Bug' and 'Enhancement'. They are very minimal. I wonder if you agree that we can dump the rest of the Issue templates for now and try with this very minimal style?
I already merged the bug template so you can check out how it looks in practice. Both of the templates are pasted below - note that the top section is settings, that stuff doesn't show up in the actual issues).
