Added all missing translations for russian

I've added all strings from english-string-constants and synced line numbers with it.

I see that there were some small errors that prevented drracket from starting up with the translations in place. I've updated the pull request.

Do you have the ability to try to run DrRacket with the translations in place so you can poke around and see if basic things look right to you?

Yes, I have.

I've found, that I missed "Auto + Update". It should be "Авто + Обновление".

And I see, that the button "Macro Stepper" and menu Racket / Macro Stepper is not translated. But I don't see such items in english-string-constants. Is it possible to translate this item?

I'll push it to master, which means it will be in the release after the one that's currently being prepared (giving us a little more time in case there is anything to fix).
