Chore: style fixes for toc and sidebar + contributing files sync

In this PR:

• I've fixed the table of content styles as i've noted that in files with a lot of links, it didnt have space at the end of the page.
• I've removed a patch we had for the social icons in the sidebar as vocs resolved the issue
• I've fixed some indentation in both the contributing files, as well as synced them
