There is a step in the release process which validates that number of snapshots is the same as number of build pipelines. It is not robust to count pipeline by
operator-index-ocp-*-build.yamlbecause there is no guarantee for such naming. Count only yamls withspec.pipelineRef.name == "operator-index-pipeline"instead.Tested:
