• Introduces AppShellWrapper, rail/nav components, and replaces legacy layouts with PageLayout, PageHeader, Tabs, Section, etc.; removes old layout wrappers and updates loading states

• Updates Frameworks/Integrations pages to design system layouts and color vars; adjusts chart color tokens to DS CSS variables
• Server/API tweaks: include assignee.user.name in policies query; minor vector index typing/log formatting; S3 services log formatting
• Tooling/config: add @trycompai/design-system dep, transpile in next.config.ts, new flat eslint.config.mjs and lint script, ESM update for scripts/update-imports.js, add DS usage guide apps/app/agents.md; .cursor/mcp.json adds trycompai MCP server
• E2E fixture fix for Playwright fixture naming; various path updates and redirects
