The Node to Code Editor is a powerful, dockable window that provides a comprehensive interface for viewing and managing your Blueprint translations.
There are several ways to access the Node to Code Editor:
-
Automatic Opening
- The editor window automatically appears when you trigger a translation
- Focuses automatically to display new translation results
- Maintains its last position and size
-
Manual Opening
- Click the Node to Code toolbar button
- Select "Open Node to Code Editor" from the dropdown
Note
If you accidentally close the window, you can always reopen/re-focus it through the toolbar.
-
Blueprint Editor Integration
- Access via the Blueprint Editor toolbar
- Available whenever a Blueprint is open
- Remains accessible even when no translation is in progress
The Node to Code Editor supports expected Unreal Engine dockable window management:
-
Docking Behavior
- Dock as a tab alongside other editor windows
- Dock as a tab within editor windows
- Float as a standalone window
-
Size Constraints
- Minimum size before deteriorated usability : 700 x 960 pixels
- Fully resizable above minimum dimensions
